Antique Style Hourglass 6": Brass, 5 min. Sand TimerReviewsNice Nice and very nice. I ordered the antique hourglass in Dec and when it arrived it was broken. Later I found out that I could of called the company and inform them it was broken. I finally contacted them in Jan and told them I was displease that my item was broken before arrival. They contacted me immediately and informed me they would send another one the next day. During this time they stayed in contact with me concerning my item. They contacted me and informed me that it will arrive in a few day. I did receive the hour glass unbroken. It was as beautiful as I thought it would be when I saw it online. They really have very nice hour glasses. I collect brass style hour glasses and I will order from them again. With service like this why would I go anywhere else. I am very pleased.
